Firm Information
Our senior attorney, Paul J. Kubinski, a former assistant district attorney, has been practicing law since 1978. He is board-certified in family law by the State of Texas and handles family law, personal injury, criminal, probate, estate planning and real estate, formation of business entities, juvenile law, and elder law.
Our attorneys are supported by an experienced staff consisting of five legal assistants and one legal secretary/receptionist with a combined experience exceeding 65 years with the firm. Our team works effectively together to achieve the best possible results in every case. We all have a strong commitment to service and do our best to save our clients time and money, no matter what their legal issues, by utilizing legal assistants whenever possible.
Our attorneys and staff are dedicated to staying informed. We recognize that the law keeps evolving over time, so we are dedicated to attending advanced continuing legal education (CLE) seminars in family law, personal injury, and other major areas of the law. Both attorneys, Paul Kubinski and Amy Nichols, maintain association memberships in the following legal groups:

Our office is conveniently located and has plenty of free parking. Our office ours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Attorney Amy A. Nichols has been practicing law since 2003 and handles family law, criminal, probate, real estate, juvenile law, and consumer law matters, including contract and warranty disputes, construction defects, lemon law, and fraud. Ms. Nichols is also fluent in Spanish.
