Our Process

Simple. Personalized. Strategic.

Becoming a client!

Call our office to set up a 30 minute consultation. During your initial consultation we will learn all about your concerns and goals. You'll get to know your attorney's experience in the matter and the likely outcome of the case.

If you chose to reserve our services we will provide a quote and a general plan of action. Initial payment will be taken at the end of the meeting to retain your attorney and further payment options will be discussed at that time.

Be advised that for contested matters, this firm charges at an hourly rate and not a flat fee. Consultations are $100 and free for military and senior citizens.

Teamwork in action!

Once the retainer is paid and the contract for employment is signed, we will determine the strategy, next steps, and expected timeline for your case.

Keep in mind, we may need to do some further discovery or other temporary hearings depending on the needs of your specific case. It's at this time that we will begin drafting the necessary pleadings. You will receive regular updates regarding negotiations, court proceedings, or legal paperwork throughout.

To optimize your results, we will need access to any documents or evidence well in advance of your final hearing, so please expect to work with your paralegal closely throughout the case.

Closing your case!

Each case is unique so we will work closely with you to prepare you for the final hearing.

After the final hearing, the judge will make a ruling. If the attorneys cannot agree on the language that goes in the final order/decree, there will need to be a contested entry of judgment where the judge will decide how to interpret the ruling.

Once the final decree/order is officially entered and received by our firm and your remaining balance has been paid, we will send out a closing letter attached with the final decree/order. Finally bringing you a resolution and peace of mind.
